Nope. I have no problem with John Schneider there. I’m riding Kevin Gausman as well. Simply put, I think he’s your best pitcher. He’s pitching great. It’s easy to say now, because it didn’t work out, but there were no signs. He was throwing really, really well, and kind of dominating the game — actually out-pitching Yoshinobu Yamamoto to that point.

That would be like saying now it’s time to take Yamamoto out because the Dodgers have rested relievers. No, he’s your best pitcher. Let him pitch.
