Brentford’s Dango Ouattara was the man who struck the base of the Ivory Coast post and he looked particularly sharp in the penalty area before taking aim.

The issue for Burkina Faso is that they have not been able to get him in the game nearly enough — he has had just 21 touches, less than all but one of the outfield Ivorian players.

If they want to find a way back into the game, it is essential that they get the ball into the Ouattara’s feet.
