How bad does it have to get before a group of heavies kick down the doors of Number Ten and drag out its deranged and dangerous incumbent – kicking and screaming if need be.

Removing Keir Starmer is now an urgent matter of national security because with him in charge Britain is literally defenceless.

And Defence Secretary, John Healey, walking out on the job isn’t going to fix this mess because all he’s done is laid bare the terrifying truth – that thanks to Starmer, Reeves and Co this country is totally unable to defend itself.

Thanks to these morons our once Great Britain is now a tinpot little country that is prey to anyone who wants to take us and that’s because, as Healey said, our PM is “unwilling and unable” to protect this country. And that’s especially terrifying when intelligence experts have predicted a Russian attack on NATO by 2030 which Starmer himself acknowledged last week.

Our military chiefs have said we need a bare minimum of £28B over the next four years to get our forces back into shape. The government initially promised £18B in its Defence Investment Plan (nowhere near enough) but Reeves said she was only prepared to fund £13.5B and THAT folks is how seriously this government takes defence. They spit on it.

To put it in perspective Poland spends 4.6% of its GDP on defence yet last year we spent just 2.3% which means this government is putting all of us in danger preferring instead to fork out billions in benefits for the skivers and shirkers rather than do its primary duty to keep people safe.

The shameful truth is we don’t have a single operational warship, our hunter-killer submarines – vital to protect us from nuclear attack – are all out of action due to technical difficulties. The Army’s Ajaz armoured fighting vehicles are making army personnel sick because of severe noise and vibration probs.

I mean this is a sick joke right? Only it’s not funny because we have a deranged lunatics running our country who have not only rendered us an irrelevance on the global stage and with NATO but are putting us all in grave danger.

Never forget this is the government that promised to make the defence of Britain its Number One priority and turn us into a defence superpower. How sick does that sound now.

And while Healey’s resignation is devasting for Starmer and he’s being praised for this noble act – it’s not all that noble. For too long he’s been too timid to demand what’s needed from Starmer. More importantly resigning works for him because it leaves him free to go after Starmer’s job – which he will. No bad thing as he’s more of a grown up than Starmer ever could be.

But how can Starmer and Reeves not see that skimping on defence yet spending £77B a year (and rising) on disability benefits, £3.5B on universal credits, £7B on Motability cars and scrapping the two-child benefit cap as a cost of £3B is lunacy when your country cannot defend itself.

How can they not see that spending billions on Miliband’s loony net zero policies and billions more on asylum hotels is folly when we don’t have a functioning military at a time, we’re in more danger than we’ve been for decades.

Pray to God there comes a point where powers we don’t know about steam in and remove a government that isn’t just destroying and dismantling our country but is literally putting us all in the line of fire.

And if those people exist its time, they stormed the gates of Number Ten – before Putin does.
