NBA Play-In Tournament score, live updates: Trail Blazers, Suns looking for an edge in second half

Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra addressed LaMelo Ballโ€™s collision with Bam Adebayo in the second quarter of the Heatโ€™s play-in game. Adebayo missed the rest of the game with a lower back injury, and Miami lost in overtime

๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œI didnโ€™t see it, but I donโ€™t think itโ€™s cute. I donโ€™t think itโ€™s funny. I think itโ€™s a stupid play. Itโ€™s a dangerous play. Obviously, our best player was out.โ€

๐Ÿ’ฌ โ€œItโ€™s a shame. He should be penalized for that. I donโ€™t think it belongs in the game, tripping guys. Curtis [Blair] was there, itโ€™s his responsibility to see it. If itโ€™s not his responsibility, Zachโ€™s got to see that. Somebodyโ€™s got to see that. He should have been thrown out of the game for that. I donโ€™t know from anyone, thereโ€™s no place in the game for that. Obviously, [it] took Bam out of the game.โ€
