Talk about stealing a point!

Despite being dominated in terms of possession, shots, corners, pass accuracy and passes completed, Curacao earned the first World Cup point in their history on Saturday.

Ecuador had 75 per cent possession, 15 shots on target, 593 passes completed and nine corners, yet were unable to break through against Curacao, who had just four shots on goal, 221 passes completed and not a single corner.

The result was massive for Curacao, though, earning a point after becoming the smallest nation to ever qualify for the event.
