Mohamed Soliman will reportedly make his first court appearance today at 1.30pm local time (3.30pm Eastern).

Mohamed Sabry Soliman has been charged with two counts of murder in response to yesterday’s attack in Boulder, although the authorities have yet to report that anyone died in the incident.

According to Boulder County Jail records, Soliman has also been charged with one count of attempted murder, one count of first-degree assault, one count of causing serious injury to an at-risk adult or someone over 70 and one count of using explosives or incendiary devices.

His bail has been set at $10m.

Responding to reports that the Boulder suspect, Egyptian national Mohamed Sabry Soliman, 45, was living in the U.S. illegally on an expired visa, Republican representatives Elise Stefanik and Lauren Boebert have joined White House adviser Stephen Miller in calling for him to be deported and arguing that the incident justifies President Trump’s hardline approach to border security.
