The City of Manchester Stadium, AKA The Etihad for sponsorship reasons, was opened in 2002 as an athletics stadium and the following year as a football stadium.
It has a capacity of around 53,400 but that will increase to more than 60,000 once planned developments to the North Stand are complete.
The ground also serves as a music venue and has hosted, among others, Oasis, Beyonce, and Muse.
