UCLA coach Cori Close, in the trophy presentation, spoke about the team’s seniors and their selflessness.

💬 “It’s truly indescribable — the loyalty, the steadfast spirit, their character they’ve chosen day in and day out, I’m so humbled they’ve chosen to commit to our mission.

“Our selflessness and our work ethic would be the thing to fuel us. And it’s one thing to say those things in the summer, it’s a whole other thing to follow through with those things, sacrificially, even when it’s hard.”
